Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 21 October, 2019, until 16:00 on 23 October, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on the west side of Belvidere Crescent, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rosemount Place and the south Boundary of 3-5 Belvidere Crescent and on the east side of Belvidere Crescent, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rosemount Place and the south Boundary of 12-14 Belvidere Crescent . The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during ironworks repairs for Scottish Water.
