Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Kirk Brae, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Kirkbrae Avenue and Craigbank Drive, from 08:00 on 21 October, 2019, until 22:00 3 November, 2019, and from 08:00 on 9 November, 2019, until 22:00 10 November, 2019. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. An alternative route is available via Countesswells Road, Springfield Road and North Deeside Road.
The following restrictions will be imposed from 08:00 on 21 October, 2019, until 22:00 on 10 November, 2019; Prohibition of waiting on either side of Kirkbrae Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction with Kirk Brae and Kirkbrae View. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. 10mph speed restriction on Kirk Brae, Aberdeen, between two points 100m either side of its junction with Kirkbrae Avenue. Prohibition of traverse by pedestrians Kirk Brae, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Kirkbrae Avenue and Kirk Place. An alternative route is available via Kirkbrae Avenue, Broom Park, and Kirk Place.
