Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 18th November, 2019, until 17:00 on 22nd November, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting either side of Abergeldie Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Holburn Street and the boundary between number 14 and 16 Abergeldie Road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during BT Openreach works.
