Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 14th October, 2019, until 17:00 on 18th October, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Langstane Place, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Bon-Accord Terrace and Bon-Accord Street, other than in an easterly direction. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Langstane Place, Aberdeen, between its junction Bon-Accord Street and the boundary between number 45 and 47 Langstane Place.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
