Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:30 on 8 September, 2019, until 16:00 on 9 September, 2019, There will be a prohibition of waiting at any time on either side of Ferryhill Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Bon Accord Street and the west boundary of 15 Ferryhill Terrace. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Kier for Scottish Water.
