Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat;
Hilton Drive, Aberdeen, between its junctions with North Anderson Drive and Middlefield Crescent from 08:00 on 21st August, 2019, until 17:00 on 30th August, 2019; North Anderson Drive service road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Middlefield Place and the boundary between number 442-444 to 434-440 North Anderson Drive from 08:00 on 21st August, 2019, until 17:00 on 30th August, 2019; North Anderson Drive service road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Middlefield Place and the gable end of number 518-520 North Anderson Drive from 08:00 on 22nd August, 2019, until 17:00 on 5th September, 2019.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will not be implemented for the full duration of the order and will only be implemented as and when required. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
