Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Blacktop Road, Aberdeen, between the access roads to Westwood and Greystones, from 22:00 on 13 August, 2019, until 05:00 on 14 August, 2019, and between Bishopdams Road and Mill of Brotherfield Nursery, from 22:00 on 14 August, 2019, until 05:00 on 15 August, 2019, and from 22:00 on 15 August, 2019, until 05:00 on 16 August, 2019. Alternative Route: Alternative routes are available via the C128C North Countesswells Road, the A944 Skene Road, and Bishopdams Road, and via Bishopdams Road, the A944 Skene Road and Easter Ord Road.
