Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 7th August, 2019, until 17:00 on 17th September, 2019 is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat;
Ashgrove Gardens North, Ashgrove Gardens South, Ashgrove Place, Ashgrove Road West service road, Castleton Crescent, Forresterhill Road, Stockethill Crescent, Aberdeen.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
