Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 5 August, 2019, until 18:00 on 9 August, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Countesswells Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 188 and 190 Countesswells Road to the boundary between numbers 202 and 204 Countesswells Road, and on either side of Airyhall Avenue, Aberdeen, from its junction with Countesswells Road to the boundary between numbers 36 and 38 Airyhall Avenue. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works by BT Openreach.
