Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 05:00 on 17 June, 2019, until 22:00 on 24 December, 2019, is to impose a temporary 20mph speed restriction on Coast Road, Aberdeen, and St Fitticks Road, Aberdeen, between Nigg Wastewater Treatment Plant and St Fitticks Church. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during carriageway reconstruction works for the new harbour development.
