Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will come into operation from 00:01 on 24th June 2019, until 23:59 on 22nd December 2020, is to impose a mandatory 30mph speed limit on the certain length of the unnamed road as specified in the schedule below. For clarity this unnamed road links North Deeside Road to the A90 AWPR and is located directly north of Milltimber Brae (B979). These measures are necessary to ensure continuity with the adjoining roads speed limit, and for the purpose of road safety.
