Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 until 16:00 on 6 July, 2019, is to close Ashley Park Drive, Aberdeen, between the south boundary of 21 Ashley Park Drive and the north boundary of 31 Ashley Park Drive There will also be a prohibition of waiting at for any purpose on either side of the same stretch of road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by British Telecom.
