Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is:
1.to impose a one-way restriction on Millburn Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Crown Street and South College Street. The permitted direction of travel will be east bound from 08:00 on 20th June, 2019, until 17:00 on 23rd June, 2019.
2.There will also be a prohibition of driving on Prospect Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Bank Street and Devanha Lane from 08:00 on 24th June, 2019, until 17:00 on 30th June, 2019.
3.The one-way restriction on Prospect Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Bank Street and Devanha Terrace will be suspended from 08:00 on 24th June, 2019, until 17:00 on 30th June, 2019.
4.There will also be a prohibition of driving on Prospect Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Devanha Terrace and the southern gable end of number 67 Prospect Terrace from 08:00 on 4th July, 2019, until 17:00 on 7th July, 2019. and also on Prospect Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Bank Street and a point 20 metres in a northerly direction from 08:00 on 9th July, 2019, until 17:00 on 13th July, 2019.
5.There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat; Bank Street, Devanha Terrace, Millburn Street, Prospect Terrace, South College Street and South Crown Street, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 13th June, 2019, until 17:00 on 24th July, 2019.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
