Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 3 June, 2019, until 22:00 on 7 June, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Spademill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Spademill Lane and a point 45m in a southerly direction. The existing one-way system on Spademill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Spademill Lane and Queens Road shall be suspended to maintain access to properties. The existing southbound one-way system on Spademill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rubislaw Den South and Spademill Lane shall be reversed so that the one-way system is northbound only. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during sewer repair works by Scottish Water.
