Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 27 May, 2019, until 18:00 on 21 June, 2019, is to close Orchard Road between its junction with University Road and Orchard Street. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Orchard Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with University Road and Orchard Street. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Aberdeen City Council.
