Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
There will be a temporary prohibition of driving on the B999 Tarves Road, Aberdeen, between the city boundary south of Potterton and the access road to Mill of Mundurno. Access to properties will be maintained when possible. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during carriageway surfacing works. Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via the B977 Dyce-Balmedie and the A90 Ellon Road.
