Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Quarry Road, Cults, Aberdeen, between its junction with North Deeside Road and a point 20 metres in a northerly direction from 21:00 in the evening until 06:00 the following morning, on evenings beginning 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 June, 2019. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on North Deeside Road, Cults, Aberdeen, from its junction with Netherby Road to the boundary between numbers 434 and 436 North Deeside Road, from 18:00 in the evening until 06:00 the following morning, on evenings beginning 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 June, 2019. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works being carried out by BT Openreach.
