Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08.00 on 1 July, 2019, until 17:00 on 5 July, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north-western side of Broomhill Road, Aberdeen, between numbers 82 and 90 Broomhill Road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during service connection works being carried out by SGN.
