Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
In the interests of public safety during carriageway
repair works being carried out by Scottish Water
Newhills Avenue, Aberdeen,
will be closed
from the footpath between
numbers 58 and 60 Brimmondside
to the boundary between
numbers 80 and 82 Brimmondside,
from 07:00 on 18 April, 2019,
until 22:00 on 20 April, 2019.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on the same stretch of road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The Council regrets any inconvenience that
may be caused by this temporary measure.
Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via
Kepplehills Road and Netherhills Avenue
