Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 13th April, 2019, until 17:00 on 14th April, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Ash-Hill Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cairncry Road and a point 10 metres in a southerly direction. An alternative route is available via Cornhill Drive and Ash-Hill Road. There will also be a prohibition of driving on Ash-Hill Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cairncry Road and a point 5 metres in a northerly direction. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during reinstatement remedial works being carried out by City Fibre.
