Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08.00 until 16:00 on 16 April, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Abergeldie Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 18 and 20 Abergeldie Road to the boundary between numbers 27-29 and 31-33 Abergeldie Road, and on the south west side of Abergeldie Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Holburn Street to the boundary between numbers 3 and 5 Abergeldie Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety while a crane accesses the garage area at the rear of 28 Abergeldie Road.
