Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on South Loirston Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Langdykes Road and the footpath at the eastern access to Mains of Loirston, from 07:00 on 15 April, 2019, until 22:00 on 26 April, 2019. There will also be a prohibition of traverse for pedestrians and cyclists. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during drainage and resurfacing works. Alternative Route: An alternative route is available via Langdykes Road, Wellington Road, Charleston Road North, Langdykes Avenue and Whitehills Close.
