Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
he effect of the order, which will operate from 15:00 on 18 April, 2019, until 06:30 on 19 April, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Holburn Street, Aberdeen, from its junction with Ruthrieston Road to the boundary between numbers 628 and 630 Holburn Street. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during ironwork repairs being carried out by Scottish Water.
