Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 until 15:00 on 14 April, 2019, is to close Flourmill Lane, Aberdeen, between its junction with Netherkirkgate Road and Entrance to Marks and Spencers click and collect. An alternative route is available via Upperkirkgate, Gallowgate, Little John Street, West North Street, King Street, Castle Street and Union Street. During this time, the existing one-way restriction on St Catherines Wynd, Aberdeen, will be suspended. From 18:00 on 13 April, 2019 until 15:00 on 14 April, 2019, there will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of St Catherines Wynd, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Netherkirkgate and Union Street. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
