Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order which will operate from 18:00 on 4 March, 2019 until 22:00 on 31 May, 2019, will be to impose certain a prohibition of waiting at any time on Denburn Court, Aberdeen, as defined in the schedule below. Exemptions will apply as usual to the picking up or setting down of passengers, loading or unloading and vehicles parked with the consent of the Council in direct association with authorised roadworks or building works. These measures are necessary to prevent obstructive parking and thereby ensure emergency vehicle access.
