Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 9 April, 2019, until 18:00 on 13 April, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Tollohill Drive, Aberdeen, from a point 12 metres east of its junction with Tollohill Place to a point 8 metres west of its junction with Tollohill Place, and Tollohill Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Tollohill Drive to a point 5 metres in a northerly direction. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Tollohill Drive, Aberdeen, from the gable of number 89 Tollohill Drive to the gable of number 99 Tollohill Drive, and on either side of Tollohill Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Tollohill Drive and the gable of number 74 Tollohill Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during works being carried out by BT Openreach.
