Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Cairncry Crescent, Aberdeen, from the boundary between number 4 and 6 Cairncry Crescent to the gable end of number 8 Cairncry Crescent from 08:00 on 23rd April, 2019, until 17:00 on 24th April, 2019.There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat;
Cairncry Crescent, Cairncry Terrace, Hayfield Crescent, Hayfield Place, Hilton Avenue, Hilton Circle, Hilton Drive, Hilton Road, Hilton Street, Hilton Walk, Mosman Gardens, Mosman Place, Rosehill Avenue, Rosehill Crescent, Rosehill Drive, Rosehill Place, Rosehill Terrace, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 25th March, 2019, until 17:00 on 5th May, 2019.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
