Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Cattofield Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Back Hilton Road and Picktillum Avenue from 08:00 on 25th March, 2019, until 17:00 on 26th March, 2019. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat;
Back Hilton Road, Cattofield Place, Cattofield Square, Cattofield Terrace, Clifton Road, Hilton Street, Lilybank Place, Picktillum Avenue, Picktillum Place, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 24th March, 2019, until 17:00 on 4th May, 2019.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
