Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 11 March, 2019, until 07:30 on 10 September, 2019, is to impose a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on the north side of Westburn Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Foresterhill Road and a point 110 metres or thereby east of this junction. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. From 11 March, 2019 until 29 March,2019, there will be nearside lane closure, eastbound, at its junction with Forresterhill Road, to form a temporary entrance.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during construction works by Graham for Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
