Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Cummings Park Drive, Aberdeen, from the junction with Bramble Brae to the boundary between number 50 and 52 Cummings Park Drive from 08:00 on 27th February, 2019, until 17:00 on 28th February, 2019.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Granitehill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Marchburn Drive and Marchburn Lane from 08:00 on 25th February, 2019, until 17:00 on 26th February, 2019 and also on either side of Cummings Park Drive, Aberdeen, from the junction with Bramble Brae to the boundary between number 50 and 52 Cummings Park Drive from 08:00 on 27th February, 2019, until 17:00 on 28th February, 2019.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during City Fibre remedial works.
