Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the following streets;
1.Morgan Road, Aberdeen, from the boundary between number 4 and 6 Morgan Road the boundary between number 10 and 12 Morgan Road from 08:00 on 19th February, 2019, until 17:00 on 20th February, 2019.
2.Cairncry Avenue, Aberdeen, from the boundary between number 23 and 25 Cairncry Avenue the boundary between number 27 and 29 Cairncry Avenue from 08:00 on 21st February, 2019, until 17:00 on 22nd February, 2019.
3.Cairncry Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cairncry Road and a point 20 metres in a northerly direction from 08:00 on 23rd February, 2019, until 17:00 on 24th February, 2019.
4.Ash-Hill Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cairncry Road and a point 10 metres in a southerly direction from 08:00 on 23rd February, 2019, until 17:00 on 24th February, 2019.
5.Cairncry Crescent, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cairncry Road and the boundary between number 42 Cairncry Road and 1 Cairncry Crescent from 08:00 on 25th February, 2019, until 17:00 on 26th February, 2019.
6.Ash-Hill Drive, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cairncry Road and a point 10 metres in a southerly direction from 08:00 on 2nd March, 2019, until 17:00 on 3rd March, 2019.
7.Ash-Hill Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cairncry Road and a point 5 metres in a northerly direction from 08:00 on 2nd March, 2019, until 17:00 on 3rd March, 2019.
8.Cornhill Drive, Aberdeen, between the car park entrance of numbers 153-183 Cornhill Drive to the car park entrance of numbers 13-25 Cornhill Drive from 08:00 until 17:00 on 4th March, 2019.
9.Cairncry Terrace, Aberdeen, between its junction with Cairncry Avenue and the boundary between number 6 and 8 Cairncry Terrace from 08:00 on 5th March, 2019, until 17:00 on 6th March, 2019.
10.Ash-Hill Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Cairncry Road and Cornhill Square from 08:00 until 17:00 on 6th March, 2019.
Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible.
There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side on the following streets between 08:00 and 17:00 Mon-Sat;
Ash-Hill Place, Ash-Hill Road, Cairncry Avenue, Cairncry Crescent, Cairncry Road, Cairncry Terrace, Cornhill Drive, Cornhill Gardens, Cornhill Square, Cornhill Terrace, Morgan Road, Aberdeen from 08:00 on 19th February, 2019, until 17:00 on 1st April, 2019.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones for no more than 100 metres at a time
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.

7 An alternative route is available via Rosehill Drive, Six Roads Roundabout and Cairncry Road;
8 An alternative route is available via Ash-Hill Road, Cairncry Road and Ash-Hill Drive;
9 An alternative route is available via Cairncry Road, Cairnview Crescent and Cairncry Avenue;
10 An alternative route is available via Cairncry Road, Ash-Hill Drive and Cornhill Drive.
