Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to impose temporary restrictions as per the schedule below;


From 07:30 on 5 February, 2019, until 17:00 on 8 February, 2019 there will be a prohibition of driving on Gilcomston Park, Aberdeen, between its junction with Rosemount Viaduct and the south-western boundary of number 48. The existing one-way system on Gilcomston Park, Aberdeen, will be suspended between its junctions with Rosemount Viaduct and Gilcomston Park to allow egress. There will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Gilcomston Park, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 46 and 48 Gilcomston Park to the boundary between number 48 Gilcomston Park and 96-102 Rosemount Viaduct.

Alternative Route: An alternative route will be available via Gilcomston Park, Spa Street, Skene Street, Woolmanhill, Gilcomston Steps, Baker Street and Rosemount Viaduct.
