Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 until 18:00 on 28th January, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the following streets;
Either side of Langdykes Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction with Charleston Road North to the gable end of number 61 Langdykes Avenue; either side of Newlands Lane North, Aberdeen, between its junction with Langdykes Avenue to the boundary between number 3 and 5 Newlands Lane North; either side of Newlands Crescent, Aberdeen, between its northern junction with Langdykes Avenue and the boundary between number 19 and 20 Newlands Crescent; either side of Newlands Crescent, Aberdeen, between its southern junction with Langdykes Avenue and the boundary between number 2 and 3 Newlands Crescent; either side of Newlands Lane South, Aberdeen, between its junction with Langdykes Avenue to the boundary between number 4 and 6 Newlands Lane South; either side of Whitehills Close, Aberdeen, from the boundary between number 1 and 3 Whitehills Close to the boundary between number 22 and 24 Whitehills Close; either side of Whitehills Lane West, Aberdeen, between its northern junction with Langdykes Avenue and the rear of number 27-37 Langdykes Avenue; either side of Whitehills Lane South, Aberdeen, between its junction with Langdykes Avenue and the rear of number 6 Langdykes Avenue.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will only be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during carriageway lining works.
