Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 8th April, 2019, until 17:00 on 12th April, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Irvine Place, Aberdeen, from the junction with Pitstruan Place to the boundary between number 92-94 and 96-98 Irvine Place.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Scottish Gas works.
