Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 06:00 until 18:00 on 6, 7 and 8 February, 2019, is to close Esplanade, Aberdeen, from the north boundary of The Range to the north boundary of T.G.I. Fridays. An alternative route is available via Beach Boulevard, Links Road and Esplanade. From 07:30 until 16:00 on 6, 7 and 8 February, 2019, there will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time on the either side of Esplanade, Aberdeen, from the north boundary of The Range, northwards for a distance of 85 Metres or thereby. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
