Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 07 January, 2019, until 20:00 on 29 April, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north side of Trinity Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with Stirling Street a point 20 metres to the west of this junction, for any purpose other than loading and unloading. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones or dedicated lining. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during refurbishment works on Custom House.
