Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 14th January, 2019, until 17:00 on 25th January, 2019, is to impose a temporary one-way restriction on Morningside Gardens, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Auchinyell Road and Broomhill Road. The permitted direction of travel will be north-westbound only. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during installation of safety barriers on Auchinyell Road.
