Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will come into operation from 00:01 on 21 November 2018, until 23:59 on 20 November 2019, is to impose a prohibition of waiting on the length of Forest Avenue Lane, Aberdeen, specified in the schedule below. This measure is necessary to prevent obstructive parking and in turn mitigate the possibility of damage to adjacent property by providing sufficient space for vehicles to negotiate the turning movement at this location.
