Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 24 September 2018, until 23:00 on 23 March, 2020, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on Cults Avenue, Aberdeen, and Hillview Crescent, Aberdeen, as defined in the schedule below. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
Schedule
Cults Avenue
South-west side, from its junction with Hillview Crescent, northwards for a distance of 23 metres or thereby.
South-west side, from its junction with Hillview Crescent, southwards for a distance of 5 metres or thereby.
North-east side, from a point 30 metres or thereby south of its junction with Broom Park, southwards for a distance of 3 metres or thereby.
Hillview Crescent
Either side, from its junction with Cults Avenue, westwards for a distance of 10 metres or thereby.
