Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 8 May, 2018, until 18:00 on 11 May, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north side of Inchbrae Terrace, Aberdeen, from the boundary between numbers 12 and 14 Inchbrae Terrace to the boundary between numbers 20 and 22 Inchbrae Terrace. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works being carried out by BT Openreach.
