Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 1 March, 2018, until 23:00 on 31 August, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on Marchburn Drive, Unnamed Western and Eastern Access Roads leading to Granitehill House, Aberdeen, as defined in the schedule below. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to prevent obstructive parking and thereby ensure emergency vehicle access. Schedule Marchburn Drive North side, from a point directly opposite the west kerb line of Marchburn Terrace, westbound for a distance of 41m or thereby. Granitehill House Access Road Westernmost access, west side, from its junction with Marchburn Drive, northwards for a distance of 13 m or thereby Westernmost access, west side, from a point 23m or thereby north of its junction with Marchburn Drive, northwards, then eastwards , then southwards for a distance of 50 m or thereby Westernmost access, east side, from a point 30m or thereby north of its junction with Marchburn Drive, southwards then eastwards for a distance of 50 m or thereby Easternmost access, west side, from its junction with Marchburn Drive, northwards then westwards for a distance of 18m or thereby. Easternmost access, east side, from its junction with Marchburn Drive, northwards then eastwards for a distance of 14m or thereby.
