Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers Under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This order will operate from 09:00 on 25 February, 2018, until 16:00 on 8 April, 2018. The effect of the order, is to make Park Street, Aberdeen, one way, 06:00 on 25 February, 2018 until 06:00 on 3 March, 2018, between its junctions with Justice Port Roundabout Road and Constitution Street, the direction of flow will be southbound. Also a parking restriction on the south side of Constitution Street, Aberdeen, between its junction with South Constitution Street and the east boundary of 98 Constitution Street. And also on either side of Park Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Roslin Place and Urquhart Road. From 06:00 on 10 March, 2018, until 16:00 on 23 March, 2018, Garvock Wynd, Aberdeen, will be closed, between its junctions with Miller Street and the service entrance to the Beach Retail Park. There will also be a parking restriction on either side of the same stretch of road. The following roads shall have a parking restriction imposed at the times below. From 06:00 on 5 March, 2018, until 16:00 on 18 March, 2018. on either side of Park Road, Aberdeen, from the junctions with Park Road Court and Golf Road. on either side of Clarence Street, Aberdeen, from its junction with Church Street, eastwards for a distance of 60 metres. on either side of Cotton Street, Aberdeen, from its junction with Links Road, south-westwards for a distance of 150 metres. From 06:00 on 12 March, 2018, until 16:00 on 25 March, 2018 on the west side of Wellington Street, Aberdeen, from a point 60 metres or thereby north of its junction with St Clements Street, northwards for a distance of 20 metres. on the south side of St. Clement Street, Aberdeen, from a point 50 metres, west of its junctions with Wellington Street, westwards for a distance of 10 metres. on the south side of St. Clement Street, Aberdeen, from a point 75 metres west of its junctions with Wellington Street, westwards for a distance of 15 metres. on the south side of St. Clement Street, Aberdeen, from its junction with Links Street, eastwards for a distance of 30 metres. on the east side of Hanover Street, Aberdeen, from its junctions with Castle Terrace northwards for a distance of 50 metres. on the east side of Hanover Street, Aberdeen, from its junctions with Beach Boulevard, southwards for a distance of 50 metres. on the east side of Miller Street, Aberdeen, from its junctions with Baltic Place, northwards for a distance of 85 metres. on either side of New Pier Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Esplanade southwards for a distance of 30 metres. on the south side of Esplanade, Aberdeen, from its junction with New Pier Road northwards for a distance of 30 metres. From 06:00 on 19 March, 2018, until 16:00 on 1 April, 2018. on the west side of York Place, Aberdeen, from its junctions with York Street southwards for a distance of 95 metres. on either side of York Street, Aberdeen, from its junctions with York Place westwards for a distance of 20 metres. From 06:00 on 26 March, 2018, until 16:00 on 8 April, 2018. on the south side of Lemon Street, Aberdeen, from its junction with Park Street, eastwards for a distance of 85 metres. on the south side of Duff Street, Aberdeen, from a point 30 metres east of its junction with Park Street eastwards for a distance of 15 metres. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during Street lighting column repairs works by Aberdeen City Council.
