Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 19 March, 2018, until 22:00 on 8 April, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of traverse by pedestrians on Millhill Brae, Aberdeen, between Stoneywood Brae and the north-eastern boundary of number 30 Burndale Road. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works being carried out by Network Rail. An alternative route is available via Stoneywood Brae, Stoneywood Road and Bankhead Road.
