Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 5 March, 2018, until 18:00 on 18 March, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the north side of Union Grove, Aberdeen, between the east boundary of 200 Union Grove to the east boundary of 180 Union Grove. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during the formation of a new entrance to Aspire by Nicol Of Skene.
