THE ABERDEEN CITY COUNCIL (BURNS ROAD AND HAMMERSMITH ROAD, ABERDEEN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2018 Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:00 on 21st March, 2018, until 06:00 on 22nd March, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Burns Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Great Western Road and Forbesfield Lane and also on either side of Hammersmith Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Great Western Road and a point 30 metres or thereby in a southerly direction. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during Scottish Water works.
