Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 12th March, 2018, until 22:00 on 13th March, 2018 is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the western side of Stirling Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Trinity Street and Carmelite Lane. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
