Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order which will operate from 08:00 on 13 December, 2017, until 08:00 on 12 June, 2019, will be to impose certain lengths of prohibition of waiting at for any purpose, on the unnamed access road on the north side of Castleton Court, Aberdeen, as defined in the schedule below. Exemptions will apply as usual to the picking up or setting down of passengers, loading or unloading and vehicles parked with the consent of the Council in direct association with authorised roadworks or building works. These measures are necessary to prevent obstructive parking and thereby ensure emergency vehicle access. Schedule Unnamed access road on the north side of Castleton Court, Aberdeen North side, from its junction with North Anderson Drive, inset road, Aberdeen eastwards for a distance of 23 metres or thereby. South side, from its junction with North Anderson Drive, inset road, Aberdeen. eastwards for a distance of 36 metres or thereby.
