Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 8th December, 2017, until 22:00 on 10th June, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Bankhead Avenue, Aberdeen, between its junction with Bankhead Road and the south western gable end of number 10 Bankhead Avenue. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety.
