Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the un-named access road leading to Dyce Churchyard, Aberdeen, between The Cottage and Dyce Churchyard, from 09:15-15:45 on 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 December, 2017, and also from 07:30 on 9 December, 2017, until 22:00 on 10 December, 2017, and from 07:30 on 16 December, 2017, until 22:00 on 17 December, 2017. Access to properties will be maintained when possible. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during electricity cable works being carried out by SSE
