Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 11th December, 2017, until 22:00 on 15th December, 2017 is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Logie Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Manor Walk and a point 10 metres in a southerly direction, and also on Manor Walk, Aberdeen, between its junction with Logie Place and a point 30 metres in a westerly direction. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Logie Place, Aberdeen, between its junction with Manor Walk and a point 10 metres in a southerly direction, and also on either side of Manor Walk, Aberdeen, between its junction with Logie Place and a point 30 metres in a westerly direction. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during water connection works. An alternative route is available via Manor Avenue and Logie Terrace.
